Privacy policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
Evenhold is a pre-launch preview. The app isn't available yet, and we don't take payments. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect today and what we do with it.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is the email address you type into the "Join early access" form.
The website doesn't ask for your name, phone number, or anything about the person you look after.
How we use your email address
- To send you updates about Evenhold, such as when early access opens.
We don't sell your email address, and we don't use it for anything other than Evenhold updates.
Who handles it for us
We use MailerLite, an email service, to store the early-access list and send these emails. When you submit the form, your email address is saved with our website host, Cloudflare, and then added to our MailerLite list. MailerLite's own privacy policy also applies to how it handles that information.
The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
The preview app
The preview uses sample data. Anything you type into it is saved only in your own browser on your own device. It isn't sent to us. If you let the preview use your location, that position is kept only on your device.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't use advertising cookies or ad trackers.
Unsubscribing and deleting your email
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any of our emails and ask us to delete your address from the list, and we will.
Children
The early-access list is for adults. Please don't sign up if you're under 18.
When the app launches
The Evenhold app will need more information to work, such as your loved one's emergency card and, only if your loved one turns it on, their location. We'll publish an updated privacy policy before the app opens, and we'll never store passwords.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
