Terms of use
Last updated November 3, 2026
Evenhold is a pre-launch preview. These terms cover this website, the early-access list, and the browser preview. By using them, you agree to these terms.
A preview, not a finished product
- The Evenhold app isn't available yet. The browser preview uses sample data. It doesn't call, text, or alert anyone, and it doesn't create accounts.
- We don't take payments. The prices on this site are the prices we plan to charge and may change before launch.
- Features described as planned or "coming in the app" may change, arrive later, or work differently than described.
Not an emergency service
Evenhold doesn't monitor anyone, dispatch help, or contact 911. It isn't a medical alert, fall detection, or 24/7 monitoring service. In an emergency, always call 911 directly.
Not professional advice
Scam check answers and guides are a first read to help your family decide. They're not a guarantee, and they're not financial, legal, or security advice. When in doubt, contact the company using a phone number you already trust.
Joining early access
Joining the list doesn't guarantee a spot in early access. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send. See our privacy policy for how we handle your email address.
Using this site
Please don't misuse the site or the preview, for example by trying to break them or by signing up other people without their permission.
No warranty
This site and the preview are provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, Evenhold isn't liable for any loss that comes from using them.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Full terms of service will be published before the app opens.
