In an emergency, call 911

Evenhold isn't an emergency service. It doesn't monitor anyone, dispatch help, or contact 911. If someone may be hurt or in danger, call 911 directly.

How to get help

Email [email protected]. It comes straight to the person who runs Evenhold, and we'll write back as soon as we can.

It helps if you include:

We'll never ask for a password, a bank detail, or your sign-in code. If anyone does, it isn't us.

Signing in

There's no password. Type your email at app.evenhold.app, and we'll email you a 6-digit code from [email protected]. The code works for 10 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, wait a minute, and ask for a new one.

Asking for a pilot spot

Evenhold is open to a small group of families right now. To ask for a spot, email [email protected] with the email address you'd like to sign in with. You can also join the early-access list to hear when it opens to more families.

Getting a copy of your data, or deleting it

In the app, go to Your account › Download or delete your data. From there:

A loved one can tap Stop sharing in Settings on their own phone. If you'd rather we handle any of this, email [email protected] from the address on the account. See our privacy policy for what we store.
